-The Clark County Schools Forum is working to make sure that the county schools are meeting the needs of students.According to a press release from the forum, the county?s districts are using collaboration to deliver the best education possible to students. Some examples include the sharing of staff and programs by the different districts. Loyal, for instance, is sharing staff with Spencer, Neillsville and Greenwood are sharing teachers and most of the districts in the county are sharing sports programs.
Several school districts, including Granton, Greenwood, Neillsville, Loyal and Thorp, are having a joint in-service day so teachers can develop goals to increase the literacy levels of their students. Having this shared in-service day will allow the educators to share ideas and resources so Clark County?s students meet their goals.
The current and future collaborative efforts among the Clark County School districts is expected to lead to increased student achievement and opportunities.
