Wausau Teen Enters Plea for Burglaries in Marathon County

-One of the teens allegedly involved in a series of burglaries in two counties appeared in Marathon County Court on Tuesday for a plea hearing.Johnathan Kuy, of Wausau, and Nicholas Draszkiewicz, of Medford, have been charged for breaking into the Farm and Home and Hickory Nutz Sausage in November. Kuy has also been charged with breaking into Happy Joe?s Pizza.
Kuy was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, two felony counts of burglary with a dangerous weapon. Two misdemeanor counts of theft of moveable property were dismissed, but read in.
Kuy will appear in Marathon County Court again in October for sentencing and he?s scheduled for a jury trial in Taylor County in November.
