Just in Time for the Clark County Fair, 4-H Celebrates 100 Years, Final

-The Clark County Fair is going on and the Clark County 4-H is a big part of the fair.The 4-H program is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. I spoke with Melissa Kono, the CNRED Agent for Clark County and Interim 4-H Advisor, and she encourages everyone to come and enjoy the Clark County Fair.
Melissa said, "I would encourage everyone to come to the fair. It's a wonderful time and it's a wonderful event in our community. And I think every year there's many different agencies and people that come together to make it a nice event and not just for 4-H, but the community too. It's certainly a collaborative effort of many people, the fairgrounds, forestry, the fair board committee, extension, we all work together to put on this event. I think that every year, it keeps getting better and we've made some changes this year too on how things flow and, hopefully, every year it will continue to be the event that it's meant to be."
The Clark County Fair runs through Sunday the 10th.
