Stanley Man Charged for Standoff

-A Stanley man who created a standoff with authorities on July 26th has been charged for the incident.According to the Stanley Police Department, they received a report of a neighbor dispute on Lincoln Street in the City of Stanley, back in July, and that a firearm had been discharged.
Authorities tried to make contact with 41-year-old James Colburn inside his home, but they were unsuccessful. Eventually, SWAT teams were called in to defuse the situation and Colburn did surrender.
Colburn has been charged with one count of recklessly endangering safety, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct.
