-Prosecutors, a conservative group and two unnamed parties have filed a sealed report on what documents should be released in a secret investigation into possible collusion between Gov. Scott Walker's campaign and conservative organizations.U.S. District Judge Rudolph Randa has stayed the so-called John Doe probe in response to a Wisconsin Club for Growth lawsuit challenging the basis for the investigation. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals is reviewing that decision.
A 7th Circuit judge released 266 pages of documents in June. Randa ordered all the parties to file a joint report on what remaining documents could be released.
The parties filed the report Thursday but most of it was sealed. They asked Randa to hold off on a ruling until the 7th Circuit decides what more to release.
