Fairchild Man Sentenced for Sexaul Assault of a 15-Year-Old

-A Fairchild man was sentenced for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.Towards the end of 2013, 18-year-old Christopher Wampole Jr. and his father, 41-year-old Christopher Wampole Sr. had sexual assault of a minor charges filed against them after an incident involving a 15-year-old girl. The two men had additional charges filed against them including possession of child pornography and exposing a child to harmful material after they traded nude photos with two girls.
Wampole Sr. was found guilty, due to a no contest plea, of two charges, sexual assault of a child and exposing a child to harmful material. The other charges were dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison with a possibility of extended supervision after 7.5 years. He is also not allowed to have contact with his son or girls under the age of 18.
Wampole Jr. was found guilty of 4th degree sexual assault, a misdemeanor, and child enticement-sexual contact and two counts of exposing a child to harmful material, both felonies back in April. He was sentenced to 3 years? probation and 90 days in jail.
