Ladies Golf Outing to Benefit MMC

The Memorial Medical Center Foundation will host the Second Annual 2014 Ladies Golf Outing on July 31st at the Neillsville Country Club.This year, in an effort to help the community, the Foundation will present the Ladies Golf Outing, benefiting MMC?s Trauma Unit. Many organizations are sponsors of the outing, including Citizen?s State Bank of Loyal, Gross Motors of Neillsville, First Weber Foundation, XCEL Energy, WIPFLI, and Bruce VandeBerg State Farm Insurance.
The cost to participate is $50.00 for members of the Neillsville County Club and $55.00 for non-members. Registration includes 9 holes of golf, breakfast, lunch, and some ?extras?. The event will kick-off with breakfast and registration at 8:00 a.m. The shot-gun start will be at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served following all teams finishing on the course.
The money raised at this event will benefit our area by assisting our trauma unit in the purchase of new equipment to be use in the emergency room. Each year, over 3,000 patients are treated in the ER and the rising cost of health care equipment continues to impact our local health care system.
