Arts in Clark Contest Deadline Approaches

Arts in Clark, a local organization formed to promote the arts within Clark County, is announcing their ?2nd Annual Capturing Clark Photo Contest.?The contest is designed to capture the best sights and happenings around the area, including the four seasons, nature, animals, people, events, landscapes, as well as historic and new buildings.
The contest is open to anyone who enjoys photography. The photo enthusiasts who choose to participate will compete for a $300 first prize, $200 second prize, and a $100 third prize award, with $25 honorable mention awards also available.
Entry forms may be obtained at the Clark County Economic Development Corporation office and a $5 entry fee must accompany all entries. There is no limit on entries; however, the photos need to be current and must be shot within Clark County.
The deadline for entries is this week on Thursday, July 31st.
