Man Arrested During Abbotsford Drug Bust Requests Judge Substitution

-One of the men arrested during a drug bust in Abbotsford appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.At the end of February, the Clark County Sheriff?s Department and Colby-Abbotsford Police Department executed a search warrant on Sycamore Street in the City of Abbotsford and authorities seized over $12,000 worth of methamphetamine from the home.
26-year-old Jonathan Gates, of Ogema, and 22-year-old Anthony Rogers, of Wausau, were arrested during the bust. Gates has been charged with possession of amphetamine and felony bail jumping. Rogers has been charged with possession of amphetamine, possession of THC and a felon possessing a firearm.
During the arraignment, Gates entered not guilty pleas to the charges and requested a substitution of judge. No future court dates have been set at this time.
