Stratford Man Appears in Marathon County Court Regarding Weapons Charges

-Probable cause was found in the case involving a suspected weapons dealer from Stratford.According to authorities, they received a tip that 25-year-old Tyler Perkins had been selling weapons. An inmate in a Michigan jail told authorities that he bought weapons from Perkins.
As authorities executed a search warrant on Perkins? home, they discovered six loaded weapons, meth, marijuana and THC. A woman living with Perkins, 20-year-old Jasmine Henry, is also facing drug charges due to the search.
Perkins has numerous charges filed against him including a felon possessing a firearm, theft, possession of THC, possession of explosive devices and more. Probable cause was found during his preliminary hearing on Thursday so the court proceedings will continue.
Perkins is in jail on a $10,000 signature bond and his partner, Henry, is free on a $1,000 signature bond.
