Neillsville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Resigning, Part 1

-The Neillsville Chamber of Commerce will soon say goodbye to their Executive Director.At the end of this month, Deanna Heiman, the Executive Director of the past 3 years, will be stepping down to focus more on her and her husband?s family owned business.
Deanna said, "My husband and I own and operate Northern Indoor Comfort Systems, which is a local heating and air conditioning company. Our son, who graduated from Neillsville High School this year, has made a commitment to join the family business and we are excited to have him on board. So, simply put, our business is thriving and demands more of my time."
Deanna has really enjoyed working with the chamber on community events, so she won?t say goodbye to the Neillsville Chamber of Commerce completely.
"Over the past 3 years, I've truly enjoyed working on community events and special projects," said Deanna. "One of the benefits of being a business owner is being able to flex your time to volunteer and support the community through organizations like the chamber, so I'm looking forward to continuing my work in that regard. I also look forward to serving in some leadership capacity in the future. The organization has great potential."
As you can imagine, leaving the chamber is a bittersweet time for her.
Deanna said, "It's definitely bittersweet. I'm excited to devote more time to growing Northern Indoor Comfort Systems and addressing the home comfort needs of people in the Neillsville community, but I will miss interacting with business people on a daily basis and brainstorming new projects."
The chamber has already interviewed candidates for the position.
