Employment Matters and Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-Employment matters were discussed at the Owen-Withee School Board meeting last week.The board unanimously approved the teaching contract for Randi Rondorf as an elementary special education teacher and approved a teaching contract for Ashley Lange as a secondary language arts teacher.
The board also unanimously approved a shared services agreement with Abbotsford to share the services of Frankie Soto as Food Services Director. Mr. Soto currently runs the food service program at Abbotsford, Loyal and Spencer.
The Board unanimously approved renewing membership to the Wisconsin Association of School Boards. While the $2750 cost is steep, Board members and administration felt that the services the district is provided is well worth the investment.
