Neillsville Public Library Board Meeting

-The Neillsville Public Library Board discussed employment matters, elected their officers and more at their meeting on Tuesday evening.The board accepted Angie Dux's resignation and it was decided that Karen Venne will take her place. They also talked a lot about updating their policies and procedures.
The board also elected their officers which includes Chris Smith as President, Nancy Kopp as Vice President and Clinton Langreck as Secretary.
The board decided to hire Russell?s of Neillsville to install new carpet tiles. They also discussed hiring a mover to help move books and shelves so the carpet can be laid, but no decision was made on that matter. It was decided the board needs more information.
Finally, the board gave permission for Kathy Wegner and Jo Ann Gustavson to attend the Wisconsin Library Conference November 4th through the 7th.
