Two Injured By Lightning At Country Fest

Two people were struck Friday evening in the same campground at Country Fest.According to wqow.com, the sheriff's department says the first person was hit directly on the ankle around 4 p.m. They had some internal burning and external burns to the skin but were treated on site and did not want an ambulance.
The second person was hit around 6:30p.m. after leaning up against an aluminum camper. They were also treated on site for burns and not transported.
A porta potty also blew over Friday night because of the strong winds and a woman inside broke her arm.
