Portion of County Highway H Closing in July
Thursday, June 26th, 2014 -- 10:10 AM-Clark County Highway H between State Highway 73 and County Highway K in Clark County will be closed for replacement of the Cawley Creek Bridge beginning on Wednesday July 2nd.
According to the Clark County Emergency Management Department, the project is expected to be completed and the highway reopened on August 28th. This closure will result in traffic being detoured around the construction project via State Highway 73 to County Highway C to County Highway K and back to County Highway H.
Signage for the detour route will be posted. Motorists are asked to remain alert to increased traffic along the detour route as well as potential increased truck traffic associated with the construction project.
County Highway H is a popular route for motorists traveling to and from the Marshfield area from central Clark County and the detour will result in the need to plan for extra time to get to and from their destinations.
