MEC Expanding Operations and Hiring 40 Workers

-Mayville Engineering Company, Inc., or MEC, announced that it is expanding its operations here in Neillsville and hiring more than 40 additional workers.MEC, located off of Highway 10 on Industrial Park Drive, is adding state-of-the-art CNC tube bending and machining equipment to keep pace with increased production requirements.
?The expanded production is a credit to the hard work and dedication of our employee shareholders in Neillsville,? said Cliff Sanderson, vice president of human resources at MEC. ?It?s different here. As a 100% employee-owned company our folks are vested in the success of the company. We need more great MEC people to help us continue to grow,? he continued.
The company will host a job fair at its Neillsville facility on Friday, June 27th from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. to recruit for positions in CNC tube bending, welding, quality, tool and die making, production support, general manufacturing, process engineering and maintenance.
