Granton Hardware Store Open for Business

-The former Webster?s Hardware in Granton has been opened under a new name and owners since January of this year.Steve and Denise Fry were very familiar with the Granton area and that drew them to open up the former Webster?s Hardware as the Granton Hardware Store.
The Granton Hardware store is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, they?re closed Saturday and open Sunday morning from 9am to 12:30pm. Steve and Denise have a wide variety of services and products at the store.
Steve said, "We have a full line of hardware, tools, electrical, paint, plumbing, lawn and garden, housewares. Seems like just about everything. Agriculture products."
They also cut pipe, thread and glass, install window screens, they have a welding gas exchange point at the store, they custom mix paint colors, do appliance repair and much more.
Steve said the community has been very supportive.
We've been meeting a lot of nice people," said Steve. "And I think that all of our interactions so far have been very positive."
Steve and Denis said they are really grateful to the Websters, Ron and Paulie, for helping with the transition.
Steve said, "We're really grateful to the Websters being willing to help us out learning the business and making it a smooth transition."
Ron Webster was present during my interview. He said, before selling to Steve and Denise, he owned the store for 25 years and he decided to sell because he?s ready to be retired.
