92 Pints of Blood Collected at Red Cross Blood Drive

-The Red Cross Blood drive held at the Neillsville American Legion on Monday collected 92 pints of life saving blood.This blood may help save the lives of over 276 patients.
Of those giving blood several individuals reached totals into the gallons amount. Bill Poeschel gave 17 gallons, 14 gallons by Rosemary Murphy, 11 gallons by Mike Hart, Marilyn Slezak gave 7 gallons, James Iwanski, Bonnie Thoma, Curtis Anding and Mark Bruner gave 6 gallons, 5 gallons was given by Nickie Halvorson and 4 gallons was given by Jones Yoder.
Some new and first time donors at the event included Arthur Jensen and Gene Thor. Workers from Cummins Filtration also came to the legion to donate and helped make the day a success.
