Wednesday, June 4th, 2014 -- 9:36 AM

-One of the teens allegedly involved in a series of burglaries in Taylor County appeared in court on Monday.

Johnathan Kuy, of Wausau, and Nicholas Draszkiewicz, of Medford, have been charged for breaking into the Farm and Home and Hickory Nutz Sausage in November. Kuy has also been charged with breaking into Happy Joe?s Pizza. Kuy is currently in custody in Marathon County due to charges he?s facing there.

Kuy appeared in Marathon County Court on Monday for the charges filed against him which includes two counts of burglary with a dangerous weapon and two counts of theft of moveable property.

Kuy was supposed to enter a plea on Monday to the charges, but due to a scheduled competency hearing for the Taylor County charges, the plea hearing was adjourned until after the hearing in Taylor County which will occur at the end of June.
