Stanley Man Arrested for Stabbing Another Man

-A Stanley man was arrested this past weekend for stabbing another man.According to the Chippewa County Sheriff?s Department, they responded to a stabbing in the Town of Delmar, which is north of Stanley, around 5:30pm on Saturday.
Authorities said there was a disturbance between 32-year-old Brian Savina of Stanley and 51-year-old Patrick Wiese of Lublin and it was during this disturbance that Wiese was stabbed with a steak knife by Savina. Savina fled from the scene after the incident.
Wiese ended up with non-life threatening injuries and Savina was located and arrested at the River Country Co-op Cadott Cenex.
For now, criminal charges have not been filed against Savina.
