Neillsville School Board May Administrator's Reports

The Neillsville School Board heard the administrator?s reports at their meeting on Monday.Mr. Rueth reported on attendance and numerous class trips that various grades have already been on or are taking before the year is over including the 6th grade to the Science Museum in Minnesota, the 1st grade field trip to Wildwood Park, the 4th grade to the Byrne Farm and more. Mr. Rueth also mentioned the last day of school.
Mr. Anderson was absent during the meeting, but his report talked about attendance, the April 26th prom, the May 14th scholarship and awards presentation, the May 21st senior class banquet, the May 24th NHS Class of 2014 graduation, the 8th Grade graduation on June 3rd, next year?s class schedule, next year?s bell schedule; and interviews for the High School science and a Middle School position.
Finally, Mr. Gaier reported on a thank you card from teacher Julie Bechtel, a date for next year?s legislative meeting, a DPI report on graduation rates, a letter regarding Common Core State Standards, research on marijuana use, a report on city water main breaks and two Focus articles.
