Clark County Board of Supervisors Approves Several Resolutions

The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved several resolutions at their meeting.

The Board approved the resolution ratifying the 2021-2022 Collective Bargaining Agreement for Clark County Public Safety Employees.  The Personnel Committee approved this during a closed session meeting on March 11th.

The Board also approved the Issuance of Tax Deeds for several properties.  The Board also approved a resolution for grant funding of the Snowmobile Trail Maintenance for the county.  The total amount came to $112,860.

The Board also approved a resolution for grant funding of the ATV Trail Maintenance for the county.  The total amount came to $74,650.30.  The board also approved the first reading of an ordinance regarding manure storage management.  This ordinance needs a 2nd reading and needs to be published before it goes into effect.

The board also approved the 1st reading of an ordinance that would create a Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.  The purpose of the council is to work together to maintain and improve the local criminal justice system.  This ordinance only needed one reading and will go into effect once it’s published.
