-A Marshfield man who sold heroin to an undercover agent three times entered no contest pleas to several of the charges filed against him in Wood County Court on Thursday.25-year-old Jordan Stabb told investigators that he purchased heroin almost daily. The Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force began conducting undercover buys from Staab in October of 2013. Some of the undercover buys took place near a school and a park.
Staab was found guilty due to a no contest plea of 4 of the 16 charges filed against him. He was found guilty of two counts of delivering heroin, bail jumping and maintaining a drug trafficking place. The rest of the charges were dismissed, but read into the record.
Staab will appear in court again in July for sentencing.
