Employment Matters at the Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board discussed employment mattes at their meeting on Wednesday of last week.The board approved the hiring, for one year, of Ryan Joten, who comes from Freedom, Wisconsin, as the new Social Studies Teacher. They also approved a contract for Chris Schmitz as the new Head Varsity Football Coach.
They approved the resignation of Penny Wehrs as the Girls Basketball Coach and approved the resignation of Mrs. Amanda Knecht as a middle school teacher. Greenwood?s Superintendent, Jennifer Vogler, said, ?Thank you Penny for your 20 years of coaching girls? basketball. Your time, dedication, and commitment to this program have been appreciated!? She continued saying, ?Thank you Mrs. Knecht for five years of teaching our middle school students. Your time and commitment to our students and the school district has been appreciated.
Kim Bredlau, Logan Bottlemy, Matt DelFatti, and Jenny Bogdonovich were all approved as volunteers as well.
