Tomah School Board Approves Change to Current Model of Instruction
Wednesday, March 17th, 2021 -- 9:02 AM
At the regular Tomah Board of Education meeting on March 15th, the board members approved the administration's recommendation to revise the current hybrid model of instruction at the middle school and high school.
The plan approved at the meeting includes in-person instruction at the Middle School and High School Monday-Thursday. Friday will be a Virtual Day with Intervention/Advanced Studies according to the current model in use at each building.
A Virtual Program of Instruction will remain for Parents/Guardians choosing that Model. There is no change to the current elementary instructional design and they’ll continue two hour early release Fridays through the end of the 2020-21 school year district wide.
The changes will take effect on Monday, March 29th. Please contact the TASD District Office, Tomah High School office, or Tomah Middle School office if you have any questions as we transition from the hybrid model to additional days of in-person learning.
