Fairchild Woman Appears in Clark County Court for the Death of a Fairchild Man

-A Fairchild woman appeared in Clark County Court on Monday for the death of a Fairchild man.In January of 2013, 20-year-old William Wilkinson-Hurst was found dead in his home and an exam determined that he died of an overdose from the drug fentanyl, a prescribed painkiller said to be more powerful than morphine.
26-year-old Jessica Scoville, Fairchild, and 29-year-old Richard Madsen, Black River Falls, allegedly supplied the drug to Hurst. Both Scoville and Madsen have been charged with reckless homicide, party to a crime. Scoville also faces a long list of charges in several other counties.
A $10,000 cash bond was set against Scoville and she is not allowed to have any contact with the witnesses or Madsen. She will appear in court for an initial appearance on May 15th. Madsen appeared in court on Monday of last week and had a $10,000 cash bond set against him as well.
