Clark County Board of Supervisors Approves Several Resolutions

-The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved several resolutions at their meeting on Tuesday.The board approved changes to the language of the Clark County Employee Handbook regarding the personnel management process at the Clark County Health Care Center. The changes were approved by the Clark County Health Care Center and Personnel Committees.
Some of the changes include making sure the Health Care Center has personnel files on site for inspections, making sure that any needed terminations are taken care of in an effective and timely manner and making sure any disciplinary action is taken care of in an effective and timely manner.
The board also approved the transfer of funds from the 2013 budget as six accounts did not have an adequate amount designated and the expenditures went over. The accounts include Elderly Services Special Revenue at $9,728.80, Elections at $3,488.38, Legal Issues and Compliance at $35,646.23, Tax Deed at $41,706.50, ATV Patrol at $307 and Fire Suppression at $1,851.14.
