A man arrested for drug charges entered a plea in Wood County Court.
According to the Wood County Sheriff’s Department, at the end of July 2020, Jacob Immerfall and Jeffrey Foeckler Jr were arrested after the execution of a search warrant on Immerfall’s property.
Authorities were searching the property because of a connection they believe Immerfall had to missing Marshfield man, Zachary Vasa. One of the charges against Immerfall was hiding a corpse. It was during this search that drugs and drug paraphernalia were found.
During Immerfall’s recent court appearance, he was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine waste. Another charge was dismissed and read in. A sentencing date hasn’t been set at this time.
Back in January, Foeckler was found guilty manufacture/deliver methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison and 5 years of extended supervision.
