Wood County Toddler Found Wandering Outside

An 18 month old toddler was found wandering outside half dressed while his father slept.

Wisconsin Rapids police say a care worker spotted the boy wandering around the Thousand Oaks Trailer Park. Officers went to the toddler's home and woke his father, who had no idea his child was missing.
