Osseo Police Department Arrests Two for Drug Charges

Two people were arrested for drug charges in Osseo.

According to the Osseo Police Department, on March 5th they were called to the Golden Express Travel Plaza in Osseo due to suspicious activity in a vehicle.  The department’s K-9 unit found drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

31-year-old Karissa Fransway of Cornell and 36-year-old Derek Paulson from Boyceville were arrested on charges of obstruction and drug paraphernalia.
