Marshfield Man Arrested for Showing Up for an Alcohol Assessment Class Drunk

-A Marshfield man was sentenced on Monday for showing up for an alcohol assessment class drunk.In February of last year, a woman at Mid-State Technical College called the police and said that 31-year-old Daniel Mueller had arrived for the alcohol assessment class. However, he smelled like alcohol, was unsteady on his feet and had walked into a wall.
Authorities arrested him for operating his girlfriend?s vehicle to get to the class. His blood alcohol level had been .106%.
Mueller was sentenced to 5 days in jail with work release. He must also pay a $631 fine.
