Trempealeau County K-9 Teams Stay Busy

The K-9 teams at the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department were busy last week.

On March 9th in Arcadia, K-9 Javy found cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs during a traffic stop.  Heidi Nelson of Eau Claire was arrested for that incident.

Also on March 9th, Javy found heroin, marijuana and a loaded firearm in a vehicle after a traffic stop in Whitehall.  Gage Lewallen of Augusta was arrested for that incident.

On March 11th, K-9 Luke discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the Town of Gale.  Amanda Matheny of La Crosse was arrested for that incident.

Later, K-9 Luke discovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in Arcadia.  Robert Boetiger of Bruce and Travis Trudeau of Conrath were arrested for that incident.  Dawn Malecki of Holcombe was also arrested in that incident for OWI.
