Suspects Confess to Mailbox Vandalism in Clark County

-The suspects involved with vandalizing mailboxes throughout the area have confessed to doing the crime to the Clark County Sheriff?s Department.On Wednesday of last week, the Sheriff?s Department received numerous calls from county residents in the Townships of Weston, Pine Valley, Levis and Hewett about damage being done to their mailboxes. The damage occurred the night before on Tuesday and into the early morning hours of Wednesday.
During the investigation, the suspects, who live in the City of Neillsville, were identified by matching evidence at the scene. They were interviewed and confessed to damaging about 40 mailboxes.
The Clark County Sheriff?s Department is trying to contact the people that had their mailboxes damaged, but they?re finding it difficult to notify everyone. If you had your mailbox damaged between March 4th and 5th in one of the above mentioned townships, please contact the Clark County Sheriff?s Department to report it if you haven?t already done so.
