City of Greenwood to Run Water to Greenwood Park in 2015

-The Greenwood City Council approved running water into the Greenwood Park.Brian Duell, Parks and Programs Manager of the Clark County Forestry and Parks Department, was present and asked the City of Greenwood if they would run water into the Greenwood Park. The county would pay the cost of running the line and the city council agreed. The job may be done in the Spring or Summer of 2015 depending on the cost.
The council also approved changing the cost of winter burial to $650.00 and 4 trees in George Scherer Athletic Park need to be removed.
Finally, the council approved to put a Hunting Agreement on paper for April until March of 2015 for the new well site west of Greenwood. They also approved an easement to Dairyland Power for a transmission line at the Loyal/Greenwood Treatment Plant.
