Owen-Withee School Board Hears Administrator's Reports, High School

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard the Administrator?s Reports at their meeting on Monday.Jr/Sr High School Dean of Students, Brian Lewison, reported that students in grades 7-11 have completed their course requests for next year and the schedule is being built.
Mr. Lewison also mentioned the Parent/Teacher Conferences, which are being held tonight, from 4pm-6pm and he gave Kudos to the FFA members who participated in the speaking competition at Colby on January 31st.
The Parliamentary Procedure team received a Gold rating and will be an alternate for the sectional competition. John Schmelzer won the Job interview competition, while Jade Pinter finished 2nd in the prepared speaking contest. Both will advance to the sectional competition in March.
Solo and Ensembles was held in Owen-Withee, with hundreds of musicians from the area competing and Sub-District forensics was held on February 10th at Loyal and 1st semester academic awards were given out on February 12th.
