Neillsville Chamber of Commerce Recognition Banquet, Part 1

-The Neillsville Chamber of Commerce held their recognition banquet on Saturday night at the Neillsville American Legion.Dr. Greg Foster, the presenter of the awards, gave a brief background about the Business of the Year Award Winner, ServiceMaster of Clark and Jackson County.
Dr. Foster said, "Our first award of the evening is for the Business of the Year. Bob and Dawn Tarcsay first invested in a ServiceMaster franchise in 2002. Their business has grown to include three full time and eight part time employees. Although the major focus of their business is fire and water restoration, their crews also preform commercial and residential general cleaning and when their projects require outside expertise, they hire local companies to assist them."
Bob and Dawn Tarcsay the owners were very happy to receive this award.
Dawn Tarcsay said, "We do owe our success to our hard working employees and people like you in the community that have, unfortunately, have had disasters or just carpet cleanings and things like that. A lot of you sitting here are subcontractors that we use all the time."
Bob Tarcsay added, "After I went through the schooling and spent all the money to buy the business, they said 'congratulations you bought one of the smallest franchises in the history of ServiceMaster.' And it's worldwide! And I thought, 'wow, I'm going to fall flat on my face and look where we are now. We stand above, as far as the ServiceMaster line goes, we are highly recognized throughout the nation."
