His Democratic challenger Mary Burke has said she will report bringing in nearly $1.8 million, which includes $400,000 of her own money. Burke is a former Trek Bicycle Corp. executive and state Commerce Department secretary.
Burke officially got into the race on Oct. 7 after months of contemplation.
Burke's spokesman Joe Zepecki says Walker has never had a problem raising money, but he is politically vulnerable because his policies are not helping the middle class .
