Colby Daycare Owner Charged with Child Neglect

-A daycare owner in Colby has been charged with breaking the leg of a seven-month-old girl.25-year-old Kaylee Schnitzler, who owns Dream Bound Daycare in Colby, was charged with Child Abuse and Child Neglect after an incident that occurred on October 9th of last year.
Prosecutors say the seven-month-old?s mother picked her and her three-year-old sister up from the daycare and noticed the girl?s left leg was in an odd position and swollen. After taking the girl to a doctor, she was told the leg was broken.
Schnitzler was interviewed several times and she initially said she didn?t hurt the girl, but later changed her story saying she had adjusted the girl?s leg and something may have happened.
The girl?s three-year-old sister said Schnitzler threw the baby.
