Grassland Dairy Products Makes National News

-(Fox Business News) US butter consumption is at an all-time high, the highest in 40 years, and a local company recently made the national Fox Business News as 20% of the nation?s butter is produced by them.Trevor Wuethrich, of Grassland Dairy Products in Greenwood, was part of a live interview with Jeff Flock of Fox Business News, giving the reporter a look at the factory and giving his thoughts about why butter consumption has increased.
?People are going to all natural products,? Trevor said, ?they look at the ingredients statements on their food and they want to know what they?re eating.?
Jeff asked why the price of butter and milk has gone up. ?Demand.? Trevor said, ?World demand is up. Not only are Americans demanding more butter, but the world is as well.?
