La Crosse Man Charged with the Death of a Neillsville Woman

-A La Crosse man is being charged with the death of a Neillsville woman.In December of 2012, 19-year-old Monica Cooper passed away and an autopsy at the Dane County Medical Examiner?s Office determined she died of a heroin overdose.
During the investigation, it was determined that 27-year-old Reavon Taylor was the source of the heroin.
Taylor is currently in the La Crosse County jail on previous charges, but he will be transported to Clark County at a later date. Taylor is being charged with 1st degree reckless homicide.
