Bitter Cold Returns to Wisconsin

-Another blast of arctic air has arrived in Wisconsin, pushing temperatures down into the double digits below zero.The numbing temperatures along with northwest winds require extra precautions by those heading outdoors today. Wind chill temperatures have dropped close to 30 degrees below zero this morning.
The National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory because frostbite can occur on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.
