Gas Prices Should Moderate in 2014

According to analysts, gasoline prices should moderate in 2014, with prices expected to be lower on average.That means that there should be prices more like what was seen in 2010, Gasbuddy.com said in an article on Thursday.
The average price of gas in 2014 is predicted to be $3.40 a gallon, about 10 cents a gallon less than in 2013, which was 10 cents a gallon less than 2012.
Gasoline prices have risen the past week, according to auto club AAA, and now are around what prices were a year ago. In Wisconsin, the average price for a gallon of regular is $3.215, while the price was $3.098 a week ago.
The national average is at $3.283, up six cents from a week ago.
