Small Business Saturday
Saturday, November 30th, 2013 -- 9:25 AMYou survived the Thanksgiving feast and Black Friday shopping. Now get set for Small Business Saturday.
The 4th Annual Day set aside for the promotion of local small business falls between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
It is an opportunity for customers to connect with local businesses. The Better Business Bureau says shopping on line is fine but small businesses remain the heart of the local economy.
Customer service and face to face attention are some of the things that local businesses can offer. Many small businesses offer deals of their own as well.
Remember that 68% of what you spend at a small business goes back into the local economy.
Central Wisconsin Broadcasting, a locally owned small business, encourages you to get out and support your local retailers on this Small Business Saturday.
