Conservative Law Firm Continues Fight Against Ballot Boxes

(Raymond Neupert, WRN) A conservative law firm has filed a lawsuit against the City of Madison over what it calls racial bias.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty says the Madison Police Oversight Board unconstitutionally requires people of color on the board. The commission requires that 50 percent of its body be black and that there be at least 4 members who are Black, Asian, Latino or Native American.

WILL says that's racially biased and 'un-American'.
