Pints and Politics at Apple Valley Bar Tonight

-Tonight, area resident will have a chance to meet the republican candidates running for the 69th Assembly seat.Apple Valley Bar is hosting the ?Pints and Politics? night starting at 6pm this evening. People will have an opportunity to meet the republican candidates and listen as they answer from a list of prepared question. They will also answer questions from those in attendance if time allows.
The republican candidates running for the 69th seat include Tommy Dahlen of Granton, Alanna Feddick of Marshfield, Bob Kulp of Stratford and Scott Noble of Marshfield.
Yesterday was the deadline for candidates to file their papers. Kenneth Sleazak of Neillsville did file and he will be running as a Democrat. Also, Tim Swiggum of Owen has filed and he will be running as an Independent.
The 69th Assembly Seat was vacated by Scott Suder when he accepted a position with Governor Walker?s Public Service Commission. The primary will be October 22nd and the special election is November 19th.
