-A Cadott woman has pleaded not guilty to homicide charges. On June 1st, Robert Tschabrun, age 71, was riding his bike outside of Stanley when he was hit killed. After an investigation, they found out that Krista Holler, age 27, was the driver that hit him and she turned herself in last month. An investigation revealed that Holler had been at a bar before she had hit Tschabrun.
The charges against Holler include homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
A new judge was brought in for the case as all three in Chippewa County are familiar with Holler because she had a relative working in the Chippewa County Sherriff?s Department. The District Attorney from Barron County is prosecuting the case for the same reason.
Holler did plead not guilty, but probable cause was found and she will stand trial for her crimes.
