-Deb Koncel, Dorchester Village Trustee and current chair of the Republican Party of Clark County, announced today that she is withdrawing from the race for the 69th District Assembly. In withdrawing, Koncel also endorsed and gave her full support to Stratford businessman, Bob Kulp.
?After talking with Bob, I realized we share the same values and concern for issues. I was once told, ?you can get more done if you don?t worry about who gets credit.? It?s not important for me to win the Assembly seat, but it is important for the people of this district to have a person they can count on to be a positive and conservative voice in Madison.?
Humbled by the endorsement, Kulp responded, ?I want to thank Deb for her endorsement. Her commitment to family, hard work and the people of this district is a prime example of what makes this area special. Our mission has not changed. This campaign exists because we believe the people of the 69th District matter.?
