Monroe Woman Arrested for Possession After Traffic Stop in Jackson County

A Monroe woman was arrested after operating a motor vehicle under the influence with two children in the vehicle.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Saturday evening they initially stopped 31-year-old Larissa Humphrey for traveling 101 mph on I-94 in Jackson County.
Troopers performed field sobriety tests on Humphrey after noticing signs of impairment. Humphrey admitted to using marijuana an hour before being pulled over.
Humphrey had a total of 4 passengers in the vehicle with two of them being under the age of 16. She was arrested and facing various possession and OWI charges.
