Chamber Report at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-Deanna Hieman, Executive Director of the Neillsville Area Chamber of Commerce, gave a report to start out the Neillsville City Council Meeting on Tuesday.Deanna talked about the first impression program that Neillsville is a part of.
Under this program, members of a committee from a Wisconsin city of similar size will come to Neillsville and basically grade the city on various aspects, such as businesses, restaurants, entrances, appearance, etc. In this case, members of a committee from Watoma will be observing Neillsville.
Deanna also talked about some ribbon cutting ceremonies happening in the city soon. O?Reilly?s Auto Parts will have a grand opening/ribbon cutting in the next few weeks to celebrate their move to a bigger location. Also, the new Kwik Trip is scheduled to have their ribbon cutting towards the end of September.
Finally, the Chamber Ambassadors have saved their money and decided to use those funds to make a Neillsville Community Brochure.
