Centergy Welcomes New Board Member

-John Kelly, chief marketing officer at Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has joined the board of directors of Centergy, a nonprofit economic development corporation serving Central Wisconsin.?Centergy is a strong advocate for improving the economic vitality and quality of life in central Wisconsin, by promoting cooperation among all sectors of the regional economy,? Kelly said. ?Centergy?s strategic plan for business development recognizes and seeks to build upon the role that health care plays in the regional economy.?
Kelly directs marketing and sales strategy, market research, product development, communications and advertising activities for Security Health Plan. Before joining Security Health Plan he was a district administrator for Marshfield Clinic in Wausau.
Formed in 1989 as the Central Wisconsin Area Economic Development Council, Centergy brings together business and civic leaders from Wood, Marathon, Portage, Lincoln and Adams counties.
